1. 又酸又臭嘅,係咪變壞咗?/嘩咁苦嘅,涼茶嚟㗎?
    精釀啤酒種類繁多,甜酸苦辣鹹嘅味道都有齊。如果唔想擺到落口先俾佢嚇一跳,叫之前就記得先了解下每一款酒嘅味道有咩特色。好多時酒吧嘅menu都會有簡單嘅介紹或者tasting note,做定功課就唔使驚唔啱自己口味喇。


2. 唔夠凍喎,加兩粒冰啦。
   其實就唔係咩啤酒都要冰凍咁飲嘅,唔同風格嘅啤酒都應該有相應嘅適飲溫度。太凍的話好多香味都散發唔到,太熱又會令汽泡走得更快,苦味亦無咁明顯,感覺無咁爽快。就算杯酒嚟到真係唔夠凍,都千祈唔好加冰去降溫,因為啤酒唔係...

咩係蜂蜜酒?
顧名思義,蜂蜜酒就係用蜂蜜釀出嚟嘅酒喇~
蜂蜜酒嘅英文係Mead,記住佢哋唔係honey beer或者honey wine呀。
酒嘅歷史源遠流長,而邊一種酒係出現得最早亦都眾說紛紜。啤酒同葡萄酒嘅fans都各自搵到唔同嘅論據支持自己,但係其實蜂蜜酒好大機會先至係最古老嘅發酵飲品。
首先蜂蜜係野生嘅,所以我哋食用蜂蜜嘅歷史比葡萄或者穀物呢啲農作物長。另外蜂蜜酒嘅釀造方法非常簡單,簡單到會自然發生,所以我哋嘅祖先好容易就會飲到甚至自己釀到蜂蜜酒。
又因為蜂蜜遍佈世界各地不受氣候同土壤影響,所以唔同嘅文明都發展出自己嘅蜂蜜酒...

阿媽教落有菌嘅嘢梗係唔好擺落口,免得病從口入。

咁如果我話精釀啤酒全部都有菌喺入面,你仲夠唔夠膽飲?
雖然大家聽到「菌」字都會即刻聯想到令我哋痾嘔肚痛嘅病菌,但係其實我哋身邊仲有好多善良嘅真菌同細菌㗎~
如果冇咗佢哋幫手我哋就咩酒無得飲,連豉油、醋、乳酪同芝士都冇得食,慘過世界末日。


講番正題先,大部分啤酒都係用單一酵母去釀造,呢啲釀酒酵母係經過咁多年嘅釀酒歷史之中脫穎而出嘅精英,經過反覆嘅挑選之後揀出嚟嘅純種酵母。佢哋做嘢快手又乾淨,造出嘅味道亦比較穩定同容易控制。

嚟過我哋尖沙咀分店嘅朋友都知道其中一大特色就係所有啤酒都放晒喺雪櫃入面,除咗方便大家即買即飲之外,仲可以延長啤酒嘅壽命。


但偏偏有好多客人嚟到我哋尖沙咀店買嘢嘅時候都會問我哋:「唔該呢支有冇唔凍架?」
佢哋話除咗驚啲倒汗水會整濕其他嘢之外,更加擔心返屋企嘅旅程又凍又熱會影響佢哋嘅味道。
忽冷忽熱好多時都的確唔係好事嚟嘅,但係對於啤酒又係咪咁呢?

要搵出答案,首先要知道啤酒嘅敵人。第一個係時間,大部份嘅啤酒都係越新鮮越好飲,因為放耐咗唔會失去咗一啲香味,尤其是啤酒花嘅香味,例如以啤酒花味道為主要特色嘅IPA就一定要新鮮咁飲。
