阿媽教落有菌嘅嘢梗係唔好擺落口,免得病從口入。

咁如果我話精釀啤酒全部都有菌喺入面,你仲夠唔夠膽飲?
雖然大家聽到「菌」字都會即刻聯想到令我哋痾嘔肚痛嘅病菌,但係其實我哋身邊仲有好多善良嘅真菌同細菌㗎~
如果冇咗佢哋幫手我哋就咩酒無得飲,連豉油、醋、乳酪同芝士都冇得食,慘過世界末日。


講番正題先,大部分啤酒都係用單一酵母去釀造,呢啲釀酒酵母係經過咁多年嘅釀酒歷史之中脫穎而出嘅精英,經過反覆嘅挑選之後揀出嚟嘅純種酵母。佢哋做嘢快手又乾淨,造出嘅味道亦比較穩定同容易控制。


勤勉嘅釀酒酵母雖然係十分可靠,但係佢哋做出嘅味道有限爭咁少少個性,...
